These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ProtoLinq and related public web content made available by Digital Auxilius. By accessing or using ProtoLinq, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ProtoLinq is intended for invited clinicians, investigators, and affiliated research staff operating within an organizational workflow. Access may require credentials, an assigned role, or an activation code supplied by your sponsoring organization.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ProtoLinq is authorized by your organization and consistent with all applicable professional, contractual, and legal obligations.
You agree not to misuse ProtoLinq, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service except where prohibited by law, or use the platform in a way that violates law, privacy rights, or the rights of Digital Auxilius, customers, or other users.
You must not upload or transmit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use ProtoLinq for consumer-facing advertising or unrelated data collection.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify the relevant organization administrator or support contact promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Digital Auxilius may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, customer organizations, or legal compliance interests.
ProtoLinq supports study discovery and referral workflow coordination. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or any guarantee regarding enrollment, referral outcomes, protocol availability, or clinical results.
ProtoLinq may change over time and may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued in whole or in part. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available and as-is basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Digital Auxilius does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that ProtoLinq will meet every organizational or regulatory requirement in every jurisdiction without additional configuration or review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Auxilius and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to ProtoLinq.
